Despite having Carlos Sainz behind him at the start, the Spaniard couldn’t find a good pace to fight against Red Bull, and Alonso had a bad weekend with his worst result of the season, but still in the points, but not everything is bad because Mercedes finally found a way to recover his pace and both drivers finished on podium.
