MiniVintage – F1 – 2006 Hungarian GP

Following the “first time” in MiniVintage for F1, it’s about time to talk about one of the craziest races that we remember with the 2006 Hungarian Grand Prix. That season was remembered as the battle between Fernando Alonso and Michael Schumacher for the championship, but Jenson Button has a special race in his heart, and it’s the 2006 Hungarian GP, his first ever victory in F1, and also the first podium for Pedro de la Rosa. Hungaroring gave us an incredible comeback from Fernando Alonso, who started 15th after receiving a penalty, and was leading the race… but a problem on his pitstop finished with the Spanish driver crashing into the barriers and Jenson Button leading and taking his first victory in F1. Wanna enjoy the best moments of the race in Hungary? Get ready because we’re going to have fun with the unique point of view of MiniDrivers!
