As the rest of the pack was very close at the first laps of the race. As some laps passed by, Pol Espargaro and Mir overtook Dovizioso, as the Ducati rider was demoted to 4th place, followed by Fabio Quartararo; But the frenchman didn’t have a good day, as he went wide on turn 3 and was way far from the closest rider at last place

Another rider with problems was Viñales, when his bike was going slow at the fastest sector of the track and was far last.

Race was on the last 10 lap gap, as it become a Ducati-Suzuki battle, with constant battle between Dovi,Miller,Rins and Mir. As Alex was going quite fast, even overcoming the straights disavantage. As the young spaniard showed the bike to make a move, but unfortunately his race come to an end as he went to the gravel at turn 4. Reducing the leading group to 3 riders. Eventually Dovizioso went to increase a gap against his rivals, as they were battling for 2nd place. With a race coming to a finish with Dovi getting his 17th win as a Ducati rider, as Joan Mir got away with a massive 2nd place after Jack Miller went wide on the second to last turn. Massive comeback from Brad Binder as he went from 17th to 4th with a consistent ride and taking advantage of many mistskes from other riders.
