F1 – Singapore GP – Race
The Singapore GP is over and the drivers will now take a break until the next race of the season at Malaysia. Nico Rosberg won the Singapore GP and he’s again the championship leader. Wanna know what happened at the Marina Bay Street Circuit? Keep reading!
Nico Hulkenberg caused a safety-car at the start after being hit by Carlos Sainz at the start, but he was not the only driver who had problems, because Bottas had a puncture and Button lost half of the front wing of his McLaren.
Nico Rosberg kept his first position during the whole race and was managing the distance with Ricciardo during the whole race. The german only had a few problems during the last laps when Ricciardo had a better pace than the Mercedes driver and he had to push until the finish line because he was really close to him.
Max Verstappen had a couple of battles with Daniil Kvyat and showed that he has still so many things to learn, specially about keeping calmed on the race because he got nervous in so many moments of the race and he almost crashed in a couple of times with so many drivers.
Vettel who started last made a great comeback overtaking drivers until reaching the top 5 of the race on a GP where you know it’s quite hard to overtake. Alonso on his part had a great race with his McLaren finishing on top 10 without problems.

Nico Rosberg won the Singapore GP on his 200th GP with Daniel Ricciardo 2nd and Lewis Hamilton 3rd. The german driver is again the championship leader. The top 10 was completed by Raikkonen, Vettel, Verstappen, Alonso, Perez, Kvyat and Magnussen.
Next race will be in two weeks for the Malaysian GP which changed from the start of the season to the last part of the championship. Nico will try to put more points to Lewis, but the british driver will try to win again. What will happen? We’ll know very soon, but until then… Be mini-good!
